Infopeople.org: A federally funded library training project out of California, Infopeople has hundreds of extremely relevant archived webinars with big-name presenters. Current webinars cost $75 each.

South Central Library System: In Madison, has webinars frequently, and some great workshops if you don't mind a drive.
Nicolet Federated Library System: In Green Bay, this system offers a robust variety of webinars--most of which are also archived.
Outagamie Waupaca Library System: Since it is located across the state in Appleton, you might be most interested in webinars from OWLS, available here.
