Keeping Up With Kids

Eau Claire school librarians are an amazing bunch.  Rebecca Hogue Wojahn, who has written several well-received nonfiction titles for kids, has a new novel, to be published next week!  Malcolm at Midnight looks like a great read for middle grades:

Malcolm, a smaller than average rat, loves life at McKenna School and the secret society of classroom pets that keep children out of trouble, but when Aggy the iguana disappears Malcolm must use all of his ratty persistence to prove his innocence and save her.
