Keeping Up With Kids

Durand Community Library hosted a Cookies & Paint party this past Wednesday afternoon in the Durand High School Cafeteria.  Twenty-five kids ranging in age from 6-14 painted a dinosaur scene created by Kayleen Jakes, from Brush Strokes Party.  Once the class finished their canvas project, the children painted real rocks to bring home.  It was a very fun and enjoyable time for everyone who participated in the event.
